Shower Workout

This is a true story. The names have been changed to protect the not-so-innocent. I am a married guy and consider myself to be straight although I have had the random gay/bi fantasy. Most guys do have these fantasies.

I recently started working out at a gym which I needed very badly. I am not overweight to the point where anyone would call me fat but I just wanted to feel better about myself and turn some extra pounds into muscle. I haven’t been in a gym since I was a kid so I signed up to work with a personal trainer. We only worked for one session but I got to know the equipment and a little about creating a fitness program for myself. I started going to the gym every morning to take a swim in the pool and then would dry myself by sitting in the sauna for 15 minutes or so. On my second day an older gentleman joined me in the sauna.
